Key Responsibilities:
Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with potential and
existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable products and
services.
Product Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of
our products to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities
through market research and networking to expand our client base.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients,
ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any
concerns promptly.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and
exceed monthly sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to
identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management,
providing insights on performance and areas for development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, Hospital Marketing
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
