Sales Generation:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.2. Product Knowledge:- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT products and services.- Possess in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products and services to clients.3. Client Management:- Understand clients\' business needs and requirements.- Provide consultation to clients on the most suitable IT solutions to meet their objectives.- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.4. Proposal Creation and Presentation:- Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.- Deliver presentations to prospective clients outlining the value proposition of the company's products and services.- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients.5. Market Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential competitors.- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly.6. Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed.- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.7.
