Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and helping to expand the company's customer base. The individual will play a key role in meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement :
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Client Acquisition :
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market visits to identify new prospects and present sales pitches.
• Product/Service Promotion :
• Present and promote the company's products/services to potential clients.
• Conduct product demos and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and services.
• Sales Pipeline Management :
• Manage and update the CRM system with client information, sales activities, and feedback.
• Follow up with leads and opportunities to close deals in a timely manner.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure :
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure their resolution.
• Market & Competitor Analysis :
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on product improvements or market opportunities.
• Reporting & Documentation :
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
• Maintain a detailed and organized database of clients and sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
