opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service to clients through effective customer
relationship management. He will report directly to the Sales Manager.Key Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Market Exploration: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
and understand customer needs within the Gujarat region.\xef\x82\xb7 Client Acquisition: Prospect for and acquiring new clients.\xef\x82\xb7 Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction. This includes proactive outreach, addressing
inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and providing ongoing support.\xef\x82\xb7 Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records and data.\xef\x82\xb7 Concept Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and
tailor sales pitches to meet individual client needs.Qualifications and Experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3 years of experience in service sales, preferably in the logistics or customs
brokerage industry.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent customer service skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to do concept selling and effectively communicate the value proposition of our
services.Desired Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in international trade and export-import operations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
