• Responsible to generate business from Gujarat- Maharastra
• Ensure primary and secondary targets are achieved (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Good connection with retailers and distributors
• Open to travel to other cities to generate business and conduct meetings with retailers/distributors
• Good coordination with Head office to get the issues sorted out quickly
• Coordination with all departments as and when required to get the work done smoothly and efficiently.
• Making Business plans with his team and RSM and implementing the same
• Responsible to generate business from existing stores by introducing entire product range
• Business expansion plan and month on month new store additions
• Ensure branding and field activations at store level
• Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of the zone/territory
• Market review of new products and services
• Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting/reviews of the company
• Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
• Retain and sustain all Retailers/Distributors & also maintain good relation with all the clients

Any other specification

• Basic understanding of MS Office and laptop/computer operation
• Must have prior or current experience in baby products or Kids Apperel industry only
• Preferred Ahmedabad local candidates only.
