The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the specification and adoption of the company's products in architectural and construction projects. This role involves collaborating with architects, designers, facade consultants, specifiers, and construction professionals to ensure that the company's glass products are incorporated into building designs and specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1) Specification Development: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with architects, facade consultants, purchase managers, and other specifiers to understand project requirements and design objectives. \xc2\xb7 Promote and educate stakeholders on the benefits and applications of the company's products. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the development of project-specific glass product specifications. 2) Relationship Building: \xc2\xb7 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, design professionals, contractors, and builders. \xc2\xb7 Serve as a key point of contact for specifiers, providing technical expertise and guidance. 3) Sales Execution: Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Identify new business opportunities and target markets within the area.
