Job Description


We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our interior and architectural design firm. Your role will involve expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Initiate contact with leads and potential clients to understand their requirements, design preferences, and project goals. Showcase the company\'s portfolio, highlighting past projects that resonate with the client\'s vision. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling design proposals that address the client\'s needs and align with their preferences. Nurture client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of their evolving needs. Prepare and present pricing quotes and negotiate terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the project management team. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to offer clients the latest and most relevant solutions. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM software. Regularly update management on the status of leads, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics. Collaborate with the design, project management, and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize the client experience. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (related Edu. Background with, Interior Design, Architecture, preferred but not mandatory). Proven 36+ months of experience in sales, and 18+ months of experience within the interior design, architecture, or related industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, must have a high level of ownership around targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Understanding of design concepts and terminology is advantageous. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
