Position Executive -Sales Reporting To : Assistant Manager - Sales Qualification : Graduate, PG / MBA in Sales & Marketing Experience : 1-3yrs in a medium sized company, mainly from construction / real estate company with experience in cold calling lead generation and conversion lob Purpose: To increase sales and generate revenue by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Development . Responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold callin& net working and social media o Deal with customer enquiries and convert it into leads and sales . Responsible for setting up meetings with potential clients and updating the AM - Sales on a daily basis o Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products to all clients / prospective clients o Give demos to potential clients as and when required r S/he will be secondarily responsible to close the deal r Address and handle queries and objections from potential clients and resolve them o Plan and organize the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized . Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements and provide solutions . Create reviews and reports and present it to the AM - Sales on a daily basis o Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences along with the AM - Sales . Prepare and organize promotional events material o Make daily MIS and send it to the AM - Sales Client Coordination o S/he will be the representative of Nishant Construction for the clients; act as a physical point of contact between the company and clients o Attend to all queries of existing clients and coordinate with them for after sales documentation, loan / agreement related documentation, payment related, etc. Qualifications & Experience- . Graduate, Preferable PG / MBA in Sales & Marketing with 1-3 yrs experience in in cold calling, lead generation and conversion . Background in construction domain preferred. Customer service attitude. Ability to engage and communication effectively Skills and Behavior- Excellent communication Result-oriented Excellent Presentation skills Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Benefits:
