Sales Executive
Job Description
Fresher Graduate or with an experience of 1 yr in sales
• Good communication Skills in English, Hindi, Bengali.
• Candidates should be positive and presentable sales targets oriented.
• Building Customer good relationships, briefing them about requirement based projects along with arrangements of site visits.
• Report on sales activities to senior management on a regular basis.
• On Site visits as per schedule and guiding clients throughout the site ensuring proper briefing is provided to them for e.g. (about advantages of location/ Developer credential /specifications/amenities/layouts/ share cost sheet) etc.
• Candidates should keep all leads recorded and updated followup list and identify prospects for closure/booking.
• If required, candidates should visit the Customer's home/office for official requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
