Job Description

As a Sales Executive cum Admission Counsellor at FinStreet Education, you will play a key role in driving student enrolments and providing exceptional guidance to prospective students. You will be responsible for promoting our US CMA program, addressing questions, and helping students through admission. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and counseling expertise to achieve enrolment targets and ensure a positive student experience.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:

• Proactively reach out to prospective students who have expressed interest in our US-CMA program.
• Conduct informative presentations and webinars to prospective students and their parents.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with students.
• Conduct informative presentations and webinars to prospective students and their parents.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrolment targets.

Admission Counselling:

• Provide detailed information about the US CMA program, including curriculum, benefits, admission requirements, and career prospects.
• Guide students through the application process, including application submission, documentation, and fee payment.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Provide ongoing support to enrolled students to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Collect and analyze feedback from students to improve services and offerings.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and enrolments in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and admission metrics.
• Analyze trends and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or admission counseling, preferably in the education sector (0-1 years of experience)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
