Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market segments.
  • Use various tools and methods to generate leads for the sales team.
  • Prospecting:
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to connect with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral and presentations.
  • Assist in preparing and customizing sales proposals.
  • Market Research:
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights to the sales team to enhance their understanding of the market.
  • CustomerEngagement:
  • Participate in customer meetings and calls to gain exposure to the sales process.
  • Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients.
  • CRM Management:
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer data and interactions.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Compile and analyze sales data, preparing reports for the sales team.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
  • Training and Development:
  • Participate in sales training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and sales techniques.
  • Proactively seek learning opportunities to develop sales skills.
