\xc2\xb7 To execute sales and marketing plan as per company vision. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for generating leads (through cold calling if required) and converting the leads into sale to meet targets. \xc2\xb7 Understanding and doing needs assessment of client need to suggest most relevant insurance product to them. \xc2\xb7 Identifying sales opportunities from existing clients to ensure cross selling and up selling. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for retaining and developing assigned portfolio. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring prompt service and quick address to any and all of client queries. \xc2\xb7 To ensuing renewals of all assigned business in timely fashion. \xc2\xb7 To stay updated with all relevant products and services of all insurance companies to provide most suitable products to the clients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
