As a Sales Executive at Accord Store, you will drive sales and provide top-notch customer service for iPhone products. Your key responsibilities include:
• Sales and Customer Service:
• Assist customers, recommend iPhone models, and close sales to meet targets.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on iPhone products and attend training sessions.
• Store Operations:
• Maintain product displays and manage inventory.
• Customer Relations:
• Build relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and follow up post-purchase.
• Reporting:
• Keep accurate sales records and analyze data for trends.
Qualifications:
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics.
• Strong knowledge of Apple products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
• Sales expertise, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
