We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Collection Executive to support the growth of our portal, 4CarSales.com , a platform dedicated to buying and selling used cars. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering, verifying, and organizing accurate data related to used car listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile information on used cars, including specifications, pricing, and availability, from various sources.
• Verify the authenticity and accuracy of the data by cross-referencing with reliable resources.
• Input and maintain organized records of collected data in the portal database.
• Collaborate with dealers, individual sellers, and service providers to gather additional details as needed.
• Assist in updating the portal with loan and insurance information provided by relevant service providers.
• Ensure compliance with data collection standards and privacy policies.
• Provide periodic reports on data collection progress and insights.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and an understanding of used car markets are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data collection or database management.
• Knowledge of digital platforms or portals in the automotive space.
• Basic understanding of loan and insurance terms.
