Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive - NBFC Loan Products Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan. A leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) specializing in providing loans and financial solutions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits and on-site meetings with potential clients to promote and sell NBFC loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients, ensuring clear understanding.
- Achieve sales targets by actively prospecting and acquiring new customers while also upselling to existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, and issues effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a vehicle to travel
