About Us: Tutree India Technologies Pvt Ltd is a non-profit organization providing high-qualitycoding education for children aged 5-15. We are expanding our reach internationally and seeking a dedicated International Sales Manager (Academic Counselor) to engage with parents, provide academic guidance, and support our mission of making quality education accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct calls with parents to introduce Tutree's coding programs for kids aged 5- 15.

? Act as an academic counselor, helping parents understand how coding education benefits their child's future.

? Assess parents' educational goals and provide customized course recommendations based on their child's needs and interests.

? Build rapport with parents, answer their questions, and alleviate concerns to promote program enrollment.

? Follow up consistently to reinforce the value of coding skills and address any additional questions or concerns.

? Meet or exceed sales and enrollment targets, supporting Tutree's mission.

? Maintain detailed records of interactions, course recommendations, and follow-up actions to ensure a personalized experience.

Requirements

? Excellent English communication skills and persuasive abilities.

? Proven experience in sales or academic counseling, preferably in the education sector.

? Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and consultative approach to engaging parents via video calls.

? Excellent follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
