Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales and Business Development :
• Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct site visits and analyze customer requirements to offer tailored solar energy solutions.
• Client Engagement :
• Present the company's products and solutions to clients effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
• Market Research :
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base.
• Post-Sales Support :
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure timely installation and delivery.
• Maintain after-sales support and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reporting :
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
