: Sales Executive - Hotel & Restaurant Sales

Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will focus on developing and executing strategies to attract and retain customers, establish strong relationships with corporate and individual clients, and ensure revenue targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive bookings and reservations for the hotel and restaurant.
• Identify and target potential corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses.
• Promote packages and offers for group bookings, weddings, and special events.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide personalized solutions to meet client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Market Analysis and Reporting
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Marketing Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and local events.
• Customer Engagement
• Ensure consistent communication with guests to enhance their experience.
• Solicit feedback and use insights to improve services.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in sales, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel within the Nainital district.
• Familiarity with the local market and client base is a plus.
