Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
o Identify and target potential customers through cold calls, emails, and inperson visits. o Promote the company's products (LCD touch folders and related items) to prospective clients. o Meet or exceed sales targets by driving business growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients. o Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations. o Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
3. Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to remain competitive in the market. o Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for growth.
4. Sales Reporting:
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. o Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order processing.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
o Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales. o Ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers.
6. Product Knowledge:
o Develop a deep understanding of the company's product line, features, and benefits. o Educate clients on the advantages of the products and provide demonstrations as necessary.
7. After-Sales Support:
o Assist clients with any product-related queries or issues after the sale is completed. o Ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support and addressing concerns promptly.
8. Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. o Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve overall performance.
