Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales for our products. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various channels including field visits, telemarketing, and online platforms.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Reporting: provide accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to the manager
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge of product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driver's license. Petrol expenses will be covered by the company.
• Mobile Connectivity: A company-provided mobile bill allowance will be included.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
