We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive land sales in Patna. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for real estate. This role involves meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively representing Wishluv Buildcon Pvt Ltd in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential land buyers and investors in Patna.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and client management.
• Provide detailed information about land offerings and guide clients through the purchasing process.
• Maintain and update client records using CRM software (knowledge of CRM software is a plus).
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract potential buyers.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values in Patna.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or land sales industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Must own a 2-wheeler for local travel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
