Sales Executives

to join our Kochi team.

Role Overview:

This is an office-based tele-sales role. You'll be responsible for connecting with clients who have shown interest in buying insurance through our website, understanding their needs, offering competitive quotations, and helping them complete the purchase over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective customers who submitted insurance enquiries through our website. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance options. Follow up regularly to convert leads into policy sales. Coordinate with the backend team for smooth policy issuance. Maintain call records, lead updates, and performance reports.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and convincing skills. Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups. Proficiency in English; Malayalam and Hindi are a plus. Basic computer skillw
