We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, implementing industry-standard practices, and executing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Role: Both market-facing and back-office functions related to Sales and Marketing.•
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Build and implement effective sales plans that align with company goals, focusing on expanding our customer base and driving revenue.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and competitor activities. Use these insights to enhance our marketing strategy and product positioning.
Freelance Execution: Utilize freelance platforms including, posting and tracking projects, and content marketing to increase brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new leads, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Call Assistance and Lead Management: Provide support through inbound and outbound calls, assisting potential customers by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through our product and service offerings to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the product, operations, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Sales Reporting and Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, analyze data, and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, B. tech, B.com, MBA, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, industry-standard practices, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Skills: Sales & Marketing strategies, market analysis, CRM, Storytelling, strategic planning, Problem-solving, Communication, Research & Presentation skills performance reporting.
