Job description
Experience in sales and marketing of Ready mixed concrete or Building material product.
Manage client base through Excellent follow-up on leads for Existing and new clients.
Working actively on the scheduled appointment with, builders, architectures, and contractors.
Customer visits, meeting, negotiations, closing deals.
Preparing quotation, submitting to customers and follow-up
Maintaining customer database record
Ensure current client retention and repeat business from existing client.
Work with collection team for collection of payment, follow-up
Assist the Plant Head / General Manager for deciding pricing strategy, new project finalization
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Convert potential clients by continuous follow up and gaining trust.
Must understand & explain technicality of product.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as required.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to improve upon if required.
Qualification: B.E. Civil /Diploma Civil or MBA in Marketing
