Job Overview Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Surat, Gujarat, India. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling our insulation solutions to clients in various industries. This is a full-time position in a rapidly growing company with a strong presence in the insulation sector. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insulation, construction, building materials OR HVAC Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated and goal-oriented Willingness to travel as required Proficiency in MS Office Roles And Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors Present and demonstrate our insulation solutions to clients Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored insulation solutions Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities Provide excellent customer service and support
