Company Name -Confidential We have an urgent requirement for Sales Engineer - Pune :
- Responsible for serving customers by identifying/clarifying their requirements over call or mail.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customer technical requirements and needs.
- Coordinating with the Sales & Marketing team for offer release, negotiation, products etc.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain company products and services to customers.
- Responsible for sending techno-commercial sales offers and negotiating with customers.
- Communicating with customers over phone and follow-up for drawing approval.
- Helping clients solve problems with installed equipment.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Responsible for closing customer deals, executing the orders and doing payment related follow up.
- Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Diploma holder or Science graduate (PCM) or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of industry sales experience. Experience from an AHU manufacturer or other HVAC product manufacturer can be preferred.
- Required Qualification/ Certification/ Training: Strong communication skills, customer service, interpersonal and sales skills. Should be proficient in English, Hindi or any local language.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers is a plus point.
- Additional skills: Leadership, team working, problem-solving, being a self-starter and willingness to learn.
