Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and generating sales leads for the company's products or services. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver effective sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending events.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Presentations & Meetings : Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase the company's offerings and identify customer needs.
• Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure a win-win outcome for both the company and the client. Secure new sales contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
• Market Research : Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Sales Targets & Reporting : Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and progress.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
• Customer Feedback : Collect customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments to enhance the company's products or services.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates (preferred).
