Key Responsibilities: Sales Target achievement:- Achieve Monthly/ quarterly/ Annual sales and revenue target Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market conditions. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and motivation to maximize their potential. Sales Forecasting: analyze market trends and customer data to accurately forecast sales revenues and set achievable targets. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including new customer segments, regions, and channels. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor the sales team's performance, track sales metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide effective sales support and insights. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key performance indicators and progress toward targets. Sales Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
