Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading recruitment consultancy firm.Our Client is a leading MNC Manufacturing company in field of screening & auxilary solutions for including Water Wells, Environmental, Energy, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, and Mining. The company has more than 200 employees & having their plant at Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad. They are looking for staff for below mentioned position.Position: Sales Engineer- Industrial ScreensLocation: Delhi NCR (Residential sales)Reports to: Sales ManagerTiming: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM ( 5 Days Week)Experience: 4-6 Years of sales experience in Waste water or Sugar Plants or Starch PlantsSalary: Rs. 6.50 Lacs to 8.50 Lacs + Group Mediclaim + Group Accident PolicyJOB FUNCTIONS:The Sales engineer will be responsible for developing our client's sale of Industrial screening products in Northern India.He will make customer visits in the states of Northern India.He will ensure effective and cooperative working relationships within the Industrial Architectural Screens team and across the Company with internal and external customers.He will identify and develop opportunities to generate business, as well as looking for continuous improvement and innovation.KEY FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:2.1 Technical and Sales2.1.1 TechnicalSelection and sizing of correct screen basket, flat panels, nozzles, laterals, resin traps, trammels, DSM screens that form core products for customer processes.Analysing and giving improvement proposals about customers screening, filtering, solid/liquid separation processes.Advise internal sales on offer submissions, technical specifications etcProduct portfolio will cover most of solid/liquid separation, screening, filtering processes of water treatment plants, food processing and starch industries, sugar plants, chemical plants and general engineering plants. Will also include marketing of their products in architecture applications.2.1.2 SalesHandle routine sales calls and customer visits and negotiate price within acceptable gross margins to win sale.Advise management team of project requirements, pricing, manufacturing schedule and risk analysis through use of risk memos in critical major projectsDevelop and modify computer costing programs and product presentations (PowerPoint) as changing circumstances dictate.Become knowledgeable in commercial terms, payment terms, T&Cs, to be able to review and/or negotiate a customer orderUnderstand market pricing for products, advice management as necessary to meet market pricing requirements.Identify competition and competitions market strategy to increase win probability and provide market feedback to management.2.1.3 GeneralWork to and complete all yearly objectives as agreed on at the beginning of each calendar year.Be aware of all current critical major orders in process, in order to be in a position to modify or adapt our proposals, delivery schedule, and deliverable products to changing customer needs.2.2 Human Resources and Organizational CapabilityEnsure that effective and cooperative working relationships are established and maintained with colleagues and visitors by: Demonstrating a can do approach and ensuring that employees treat managers and others with courtesy, respect and a willingness to help Actively supporting the development of a workplace culture of support, professionalism and workplace harmony.2.3 Internal Systems and ProcessesProvide guidance and advice on product/system deficiencies and recommend corrective actionsParticipate in business and strategic planning and business review processesImplement Company policies, procedures, systems and support for safe and efficient sales and marketing activities, consistent with the responsibilities outlined in the Companys Safety ManualsFollow, support and understand company policies as set by management team2.4 CustomersMonitor external customer needs to identify changes and new opportunities.Work closely with internal sales to clarify and prioritize customer needs.Ensure that effective and cooperative working relationships are established and maintained with customers through effective communication and attention to customers needs.2.5 FinancialAdvice Management of strategies for maximizing growth and sustainability, and minimizing costs.3. QUALIFICATIONS4.1. EssentialEngineering degree in Mechanical engineering.Ability to communicate effectively in English.4.2 PreferredExperience in screening / filtration processes in water treatment plants / food processing / chemical engineering / starch and sugar industries / general engineering.5.
