Location: Hybrid (4 PM - 6 PM at Office; 6 PM - 2 AM Remote)
Working Hours: 4 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday (with 1-hour daily travel allowance)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Engineer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will work from our office from 4 PM to 6 PM, then transition to working remotely until 2 AM. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in handling customer inquiries, preparing and sharing quotes, following up with clients, and converting leads into successful sales. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who can manage customer relationships, achieve targets, and work independently during late hours. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide technical information to support sales.
• Prepare and share detailed quotations with prospective customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales, engineering, or customer service role, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate product benefits effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently during late hours and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• 4 PM to 6 PM: Work from the office, with a 1-hour travel allowance each day.
• 6 PM to 2 AM: Work from home, with necessary resources provided to support remote work.
