Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing technical support and product recommendations.
• min 2 to 3 years Sales Engineer Experience.
• Responsible for Gujarat Territory.
• Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our crane products, including specifications, applications, and compliance with industry standards.
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential areas for growth and development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers on product features, benefits, and maintenance practices.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and report on performance metrics to management.
