Job Description

Candidates should be

• BTech Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Mechatronics
• Native of Ahmedabad area, who is willing to travel to meet the customers at the customer's place
• Minimum 2 years Sales experience and able to handle B2C customers

Job description

• Market Study - To assess market potential of current and potential products in the given market involving,Conduction of industry survey in and around assigned market, Identification of equipment where existing brands and products are in use, Estimation of the market size of the existing products including competing products
• Sales Planning - Aggregate & analyze company and individual data of current and potential customers from target industries and develop Annual & Monthly Sales Plan complete with contact details.
• Sales Calling - Call customers to introduce the company and self and seek appointment for detailed discussion. Maintain call record & share report to reporting manager.
• Technical Support - Explain the technical details of target products and their application in the customers organization, build relationship and pitch for future sales
• Customer Relationship - Build continuous and lasting relationship with the target customer and pitch for inquiries for future sales through telephonic calls and social media interactions
• Site Visits - Visit customers as and when necessary to build personal rapport, collect Customer's -Head office, R&D center, Production areas related information and understand organization structure

Key Skills required Verbal communication skills, Language skills (English and the local language), Ability to understand the needs of the customer, Presentation skills, Persuasion skills, Rapport building skills, Telephone etiquette, Meeting etiquette, Selling skills, Negotiation skills, Listening skills, Expert in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc. Other Details
