• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels to expand the client base.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Travel to client sites as needed to build and strengthen relationships and provide hands-on support.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
