We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Solar Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling solar energy systems and solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will leverage your technical knowledge of solar products, system design, and renewable energy technologies to effectively communicate the benefits and feasibility of solar solutions to prospective clients. The Solar Sales Engineer will work closely with both the sales and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of solar projects from initial inquiry through to system installation and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales & Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and conduct sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Marketing & Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that promote solar solutions, increase brand visibility, and drive sales growth.
• System Design & Consultation : Assess customer energy needs, design solar systems, and advise clients on system specifications, including optimal equipment choices and configurations.
• Project Support : Liaise with customers and internal teams (engineering, procurement, installation) to ensure the successful execution of solar projects on time and within budget.
• Customer Relationships : Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, provide after-sales support, and address any concerns or troubleshooting needs post-installation.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to provide customers with the most relevant and effective solar solutions.
