Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute customer meetings to generate inquiries and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
• Promote and sell products like WTP, STP, RO, ETP, and membrane technologies.
• Organize business meetings with prospective clients to explore growth opportunities.
• Present the company's products/services in alignment with clients' objectives and needs.
• Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to enhance customer experience.
• Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring repeat business.
• Develop business development strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction.
• Arrange and lead business development meetings with potential clients.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in water treatment technologies, including membranes, to provide tailored solutions to customers.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven track record in sales, especially in water treatment solutions.
• Hands-on experience with selling membrane-based solutions, including STP, WTP, RO, and ETP plants.
• Experience in the wastewater or industrial water treatment industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong market knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exceptional time management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (B.Sc./B.Tech. preferred).

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
