Job OverviewWe are looking for a mid-level Sales Engineer specializing in Construction Material to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based out of Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, or Pune. The successful candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience and will focus on key sales initiatives to drive our business forward.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the construction materials sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

• Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry to promote our range of construction materials
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to clients to showcase product benefits and applications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent post-sales support
• Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and strategies for growth
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to understand product specifications and provide feedback from customers
• Prepare and present sales reports to track performance and provide insights for decision-making
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities
