  • Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development * Responsible for identifying of clients and fixing an appointment for a meeting / presentation.
  • Responsible for giving an introduction / making a presentation about the brand.
  • Responsible for explaining about quality, service and benefits of the products, finalizing the order and getting Purchase Orders.
  • Responsible for negotiating price and clear technical queries raised by the client.
  • Generate request for enquiry and communicate the quotation for the received enquiry.
  • Communicate and transfer the purchase orders received to sales and production.
  • Continuously follow up with client regarding status update for ordered product and Submit drawings, performance curves as and when required.
Market Analysis * Responsible for classifying the motor market areas and do market analysis.
  • Responsible for analyzing about fast, medium and slow moving products and the reasons behind it.
  • Responsible for suggesting strategies to improve medium and slow moving products.
  • Collect competitors details and work on competing with them to increase our competitive advantage.
Customers * Responsible for evaluating and suggest in selection of customer based on analysis in order to sell the products and give them product knowledge.
  • Visit our customers monthly for a regular follow up.
Delivery * Follow up with internal production team to meet the commitment given to client.
  • Update the client about the status of delivery.
New Product Development * Responsible for collection of details such as specification, price of competitors products and give inputs to the Design team for New Product Development.
  • Co-ordinate for launching new products into market.
  • Support your superior in making advertisements and brand promotional activities.
Resolving Customer Complaints * Communicate and instruct the dealer to collect the customer (end user) feedback forms.
  • Collect the feedback forms from the customer.
  • Ensure customer complaints are received by concern departments, serviced / solved.
Others * Responsible for maintaining QMS records related to Marketing.
  • Prepare and send weekly, monthly and MRM report.
  • Face internal & external audits along with the superior and close NCs, if any.
  • Adhere to company policies.
  • Responsible for implementing 5S in your department.
  • Take up extra assignments given by the superior.
