Job Position: Sales Engineer

Experience: 2-3 years

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Environmental Monitoring industries. This role combines sales expertise with technical support to drive growth and ensure operational excellence.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for E&I and Environmental Monitoring solutions.
• Conduct planned and assigned visits, and participate in business development meetings.
• Identify and engage potential clients, deliver product presentations, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to communicate product benefits effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree or equivalent technical qualifications B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical & Instrumentation, Electronics engineering/Instrumentation or related field.
• Strong understanding of E&I and Environmental Monitoring solutions.

Skills:

• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a strong techno-commercial acumen.
• Flexible and willing to travel regularly.
• Strong relationship management skills.
