Position: Sales EngineerQualification: Diploma /BE MechanicalExperience:2+yrsSalary: Upto 35 K p.m.Job Location: AhmedabadThe Sales Engineer is responsible for the topline sales growth of their Industrial Pump andgeyser business vertical line.Key Objectives:Deliver topline sales growth for the Hot Water System, Solar Systems, Heat Pumps,Industrial Pumps, Boilers, geysers and Services business. Driving sales growth, profitability,and new business and market development. Also hold direct reporting responsibility forensuring timely delivery of committed products and services through liasoning with businessstakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to existing andprospective customers.Responsible to identify and develop new prospects /Customers and retention ofexisting customers to establish and foster a relationship.Arrange meetings with customers to introduce Aquatics group of companysProductsParticipate in one-on-one meetings with Customers to explain our products andgenerate enquires from them.Responsible to understand customer needs and develop the solution for thecustomer based on the matches offered by our systems.Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing Customers.Making daily entry in CRM related to customer meetings and reporting tomanagement.QualificationsGraduate Engineer in Mechanical preferred Or: Diploma Mechanical.Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of experience in the Industrial Geysers and Pumps including salesmanagement in this territory for at least three years.Excellent written, verbal, presentation and organizational skillsAn aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic and tactical thinking, and detailedplanningMarket development and sales management in industrial geyser and pump marketsshould be able to handle Customers independently,Good in networkingExperience in business to business marketing design and installationShould be sound in entrepreneurial thinking, and technical skillsShould be willing to travel extensively in the regionResponsibilities

  • Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
  • Partner with the sales team to generate leads
  • Find and maintain prospective clients
  • Provide general technical support to clients

  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
