We have built industry leading tech and ops muscle for the same and are now externalizing these offerings.Our goal is to establish a dedicated and highly specialized sales team, facilitating the expansion of our services to cater to both large and medium-sized enterprises. This endeavor is aimed at the company priority Seed the Future with incubation of a new business line within Uber.As the Sales Enablement Specialist you'll launch, manage and optimize a portfolio of critical enablement programs, including our new hire onboarding program, continued education training programs, and resources for a growing team of sellers. You'll empower reps in customer-facing sales roles with the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to succeed in their role with the ultimate goal of improving productivity and increasing sales effectiveness, while creating a culture of growth and enabling positive customer experiences.This position will work closely with Global Sales Leaders and front-line Sales Managers to identify gaps and define 'best-in-class' behaviors. This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating with teams including Talent Acquisition, Sales Ops, Sales, HR, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.We are looking for a self starter who builds relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions and delivers measurable results. The ideal candidate can execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality and is skilled at simplifying the complex and influencing without authority. Most of all, this person is passionate about the power of learning and the impact Enablement can have on a sales organization.What You'll Do * Design and deliver training and resources to address opportunities and develop team members.

  • Understand business goals, critical initiatives, and regional nuances, to influence the regional Enablement strategy.
  • Define, build, deliver, and measure regional enablement initiatives to support region-specific needs or priorities, ensuring alignment with the global Enablement strategy
  • Support Global Sales Enablement programs, including Onboarding, Change Management, Skill Development and Communications, regionalizing content and co-facilitating when needed.
  • Facilitate region-specific onboarding sessions for new hires, creating and maintaining custom content as needed
  • Support internal communications for sellers, delivering relevant, actionable information in a timely manner and reinforcing global announcements
  • Support planning of sales events including offsites and Sales Kickoff (SKO)
  • Prepare and present results and insights on enablement impact/performance
What You'll Need * 5+ years in a customer-facing role (preferably in Sales)
  • Expertise in the B2B Tech ecosystem
  • Experience working with B2B decision makers in the Enterprise and Mid-Market tiers
  • Experience creating content and presenting to senior business leaders
  • Knowledge and experience in optimization of sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Experience collaborating with multiple functions/roles to deliver on goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications * Expert level training and facilitation skills (in-person, virtual)
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Experience working with a global team based in multiple time zones
