This endeavor is aimed at the company priority Seed the Future with incubation of a new business line within Uber.As the Sales Enablement Specialist you'll launch, manage and optimize a portfolio of critical enablement programs, including our new hire onboarding program, continued education training programs, and resources for a growing team of sellers. You'll empower reps in customer-facing sales roles with the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to succeed in their role with the ultimate goal of improving productivity and increasing sales effectiveness, while creating a culture of growth and enabling positive customer experiences.This position will work closely with Global Sales Leaders and front-line Sales Managers to identify gaps and define 'best-in-class' behaviors. This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating with teams including Talent Acquisition, Sales Ops, Sales, HR, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.We are looking for a self starter who builds relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions and delivers measurable results. The ideal candidate can execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality and is skilled at simplifying the complex and influencing without authority.
