GET provides support across several key pillars: sales education programming; sales technology, reporting, and analytics; sales prospecting; sales opportunity support (RFPs, orals); and sales asset content and visual design. This remote team consists of US-, Canada- and India-based team members that support all industries and capabilities within Huron.
The Sales Enablement Associate role is part of our India-based GET, supporting the Education and Research industry. Individuals in this role are expected to lead the development of key deliverables for specific sales opportunities, such as proposals, RFP responses, and oral deliverablesThis associate will play a key role in supporting deliverables for active sales opportunities in the education industry, including presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and orals. Individuals in this role are expected to heavily support or lead the following activities with the US- and Canada-based GET and sellers:Active Opportunity Support: Proposals, RFx, and Orals:Lead sales development (e.g., RFP, proposal, orals, collateral) efforts, supporting multiple opportunities simultaneously by:

  • Completing kick-off tasks, project management, and document development tasks, including but not limited to: creating the project development site, outlining the overall project plan, coordinating with opportunity teams, scheduling necessary meetings, and making the initial outlines/templates.
  • Managing the development process proactively and maintaining real-time status of all progress and outstanding tasks. By maintaining appropriate status in workflow technology programs and communicating proactively with all key stakeholders
  • Conducting research to understand client account and sales history, market, key stakeholders, and competitors
  • Pulling core base content into the draft, such as Huron overview information, the approach section, project management questions, bios, project summaries), and appendix information.
  • Using AI and proposal/RFP technology to help create 1st drafts for contributors and other team members to edit
  • Attending or facilitating opportunity meetings (as time zones allow) including, but not limited to, kick-off meetings, document review meetings, and subject matter expert interviews.
  • Supporting completion of the capture planning document with opportunity teams to define the value proposition, key benefits, features, and differentiators
  • Assisting with graphic creation, editing, and formatting (e.g., aligning with Huron branding, template edits, graphic re-creation, sending to designers for complex new graphics).
  • Ensuring the opportunity team connects with all other required parties, such as legal, operations, and finance (as needed) either by connecting with departments directly or through US/Canada GETs
  • Completing reference request permission processes
  • Following and promoting Huron-adopted industry-leading practices and sales development procedures.
  • Completing compliance checks to ensure adherence to client requirements.
  • Completing quality assurance (QA) reviews to finalize grammar, formatting, and Huron corporate brand guidelines.
  • Facilitating approval, sign-off, and delivery to the client by the specified deadline.
Additional Sales Enablement Support and Team Initiatives:
  • Assisting with maintaining Huronxe2x80x99s sales asset management system, Seismic, through the close-out process and regular maintenance tasks.
  • Completing advisory support requests, such as pulling proposal base content, previous submissions, and templates, and sending to requestors.
  • Enhancing current sales content through special projects, as needed
  • Assisting with GET improvement initiatives outlined in GETxe2x80x99s annual plan, as needed
Position RequirementsThis position will require excellent attention to detail, expertise in MS Word and PowerPoint, and organizational skills. The candidate must also be deadlinexe2x80x94and detail-oriented and able to collaborate across all levels and roles.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant business experience
  • Consulting or sales enablement experience preferred.
  • Proficient in written and oral English
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent effective working relationships
  • Strong proactive communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of varying work styles
  • Expert attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks with deadlines that often require a quick turnaround across a team
