Sales Director India Location: BangaloreResponsibilities:
Responsible for Business Development & sales for the India Business Unit of India
Strategic Alliances, Partnerships and Outsourcing activity * Sales for high value KPO & BPO services like Cost Reduction Services (e.g., contact center, back-office services for HR/Finance/Sales departments, order management and supply chain management, and system development and operation) and Sales Expansion Services (e.g., Big Data analysis, Internet advertising, website development and operation, smartphone/SNS utilization, and telemarketing).
Team management across multiple geography
Support team in presentations, bid management, contract negotiations, forecast and planning strategically * End-to-end process life cycle on B2B customer acquisition, including commercials, Farming in liaison with key large accounts & identify potential outsourcing areas
Deliver client expectations and meet organizations revenue targets and sales growth
Drive new client acquisition, and existing account
