ObjectiveCapgemini Engineering is a global business line (GBL) focusing on Engineering and R&D services catering to Telecom & Technology Automotive, Aerospace, Railways, Medical Device, Industrial, Energy & Utilities sectors.The Incumbent will have proven track record in build new business with Semicon clients and demonstrated business growth in his previous roles. The incumbent be accountable for driving new business opportunities with customers in Engineering R&D Semicon clients in India region and growing with existing set of assigned accounts to meet the annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and bookings goals.The key focus would be to bring the global Engineering offerings portfolio and closely working with Pre-sales, Delivery leadership and with Market Unit Sector Leaders to win deals in named Accounts.The incumbent will also provide leadership and work closely with Global Engineering Industry Leaders and Offering Management teamsLooking for a go-getter, out-of-box thinking and attitude to win in a competitive landscape.QualificationsBE, MBA (Preferred), Master in EngineeringDesired Experience

  • 10-20 years of experience
  • Must have exposure to Selling Engineering R&D services to Manufacturing and Automotive in last 5 to 10 years and a track record of achieving financial objectives
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the Engineering business growth in India region and be a key member of Semicon Industry GTM
  • Build new customers base and leverage assigned account base (contacts, Potential, Competition, Portfolio positioning\xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Market the strong ER&D portfolio and leverage the same in driving incremental bookings and revenues.
  • Develop customer value propositions in collaboration with presales and delivery teams
  • Consultative business development activities, identifying needs and suggesting solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely issue resolution to drive complete customer satisfaction
  • Build good understanding of Industry and competitive landscape and provide timely inputs to the business and delivery teams to help drive continuous improvements
Role Requirement:
  • Running sales for Engineering R&D for Customer in Semicon industry, and someone who is currently handling a Quota carrying Sales / Business Development role.
  • Understand the Semicon technologies and solutioning landscape and evolution for next generation solutions. Understanding of ERD solutions for Semicon Technology
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Ability to Create and implement a new business development plan for the assigned territory.
  • A result-oriented leader with focus on meeting short term and building long term plan of financial goals.
  • Exposure to IT/Engineering Services industries and experienced in working in a large, diverse organization set up.
  • Go getter and aggressive sales mindset to win in marketplace.
