Friendly work environmentKey Responsibilities & Requirements:- Identify and prospect potential clients within the US market through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.- Qualify leads based on their needs and interest in our products or services.- Set up meetings or product demos between prospects and the sales team.- Maintain and update accurate lead information and contact details in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.- Follow up on inbound inquiries and ensure a timely response.- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings set, etc.).- Participate in ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in achieving goals.- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
