Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Management : Generate potential customer leads through proactive outreach methods, including calls, emails, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.Meet or exceed daily activity targets, such as the number of calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages sent.Identify and qualify leads based on company criteria like Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and interest.Schedule meetings, demos, or introductory calls for the Key Account Representatives (KARs) team.Convert qualified leads into opportunities for the sales pipeline.Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth and high-quality lead hand-offs. Productivity & Reporting : Track daily activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.Provide regular and accurate progress reports to management.Update and maintain CRM records promptly to ensure data integrity.Ensure timely sharing of product and solution-based quotes with prospects and leads. Training & Development : Participate actively in skills development and product knowledge training programs.Stay updated with industry trends and company solutions to communicate value propositions to leads effective
