As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential global prospects. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met.
#### Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential prospects to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify potential global prospects via LinkedIn, Google, Directories, and other social media platforms and generate new business opportunities for the company.
• Qualify prospect leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assistance for our services effectively.
• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system - HubSpot.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
• Attending networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
#### Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience as an appointment setter or SDR in the BPO industry.
• Able to make 100+ outbound prospecting calls and have a good number of booking/converting leads records.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
