Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role is crucial in driving the growth and success of Blucanton by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms.
Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospects.
Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure they meet our target customer profile.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
