Overview: We are looking for a results-driven individual to actively seek new business opportunities, and engage and build relationships with potential customers with 1-3 years of experience working in the SaaS / International BPO industry to join our growing sales team. The responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the salesperson. Key Responsibilities: Follow through on inbound inquiries and leads generated by various marketing activities. Reach out to leads via various outbound methods such as cold calling, and LinkedIn. Prospecting - Ability to uncover, identify and leverage published and internal customer information to make unsolicited contact with targeted people to capture interest for further discussion. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company and prospect. Ability to identify the needs and challenges of the prospects. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities - Ability to assess potential sales opportunities for business fit. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients for the sales reps. Schedule discovery/demo meeting with the sales rep and potential clients Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
