Summary:We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales department. The SDR-ROW will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth in the Rest of World (ROW) market. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales and a proven track record of success in lead generation and pipeline management.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities in the ROW market.2. Qualify leads through effective discovery calls and email campaigns to identify potential customers.3. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute strategies for converting leads into sales opportunities.4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services.7. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for the ROW market.8. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2. 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.3. Proven track record of success in lead generation and pipeline management.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers.5. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.8. Knowledge of the ROW market and cultural nuances is a plus.9.
