Roles and Responsibilities :- Engagement : Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) daily through leads/database on LeadSquared CRM.- Prospect Generation : Identify the upskilling needs of prospective students based on their areas of interest, generating a pool of prospects.- Counselling : Provide detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective students.- Target Achievement : Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.Requirements :- Graduate with Sales Experience- Fresher with Tech degreeb: Bsc IT, Btech, BE, BCA (No Civil Engineer)- Minimum 6 months - 4 years of experience of selling tech courses- Role is for Inside sales only (No field sales)- Interview Type : Walk-in Interview- Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)- Note : Only candidates from Mumbai and Bangalore should apply (ref:updazz.com)
